Continue lessons, submit work, find messages and manage your account.
Open the course link your school sent you. Use the email address they enrolled. Your course list shows the courses you can access.
Continue your course
Find your next lesson
Open your course. Overview shows your progress and the schedule, so you can see where you left off and what is coming next.
Choose Continue course to open your current lesson. If you have finished, choose Review course to look through it again.
Read the task before starting
Read the lesson and check what your teacher asks you to do. Some lessons only have content to read or watch; others ask you to submit work, answer questions or book a time.
The task types below explain what to do in each case. Check any dates before starting a submission.
Check that you can move on
After a task, check its status. Choose Continue when it becomes available. If you must wait for a date or your teacher's approval, the lesson explains why.
You can return to Overview to check your progress.
Find course messages and files
Use course navigation to move between these areas:

| Overview | Progress, course schedule and recent messages. Schedule times use your local time zone. |
| Course | Lessons and tasks in the course. |
| Feed | Posts shared with the class. |
| Direct messages | Messages between you and the school's staff. |
| Files | Course files and files shared with you. |
The layout changes on a phone, but these areas remain available through course navigation.
Complete a task
| Task | What to do |
|---|---|
| Content lesson | Read or watch the content, then choose Continue when it is available. |
| File response | Check accepted file types and the deadline. Upload your work, wait for it to finish, then choose Submit response. A file left as a draft is not submitted. |
| Quiz | Choose Start quiz, answer the questions and choose Submit quiz. If answers fail to save, try again before submitting. You cannot edit submitted answers. |
| Appointment | Use the booking controls in the lesson. Check the booking status and scheduled time afterwards. |
Follow the status shown after submission. Your teacher may need to approve a response or quiz before you can continue. See Lessons for the available task rules.
Account and language
Open your account menu to change the app language or open Settings. The language choice changes app controls. Your teacher's lesson text stays as written.
| Setting | How it works |

| Full name | Enter the name to show and choose Save details. |
| Email address | Enter the new address, choose Send verification code, then enter the code and choose Confirm email. The address changes after verification. |
| Marketing emails | Choose which schools may send news and offers. This does not turn off course messages. |
| Cookie settings | Review cookie choices for the current site. |
Get help

| Course missing | Use the email address your school enrolled. Ask the school to check membership and whether the group is published. |
| Lesson locked | Check the step's opening date, required submission and approval status. |
| Work did not save | Keep the page open, follow the error message and retry before leaving. |
| Missing file or message | Ask the sender to check the recipient list and that the post was shared. |
Give your teacher the course name and the step where you are stuck. Teachers can check student access and the course record.
