Your course is part of your business. We want Taskpipe to give you more control over how students experience your brand, how you protect your teaching and how new people find their way into your courses.
These four features are planned and do not have release dates yet.
Custom domains
We plan to let you use your own web address for your course pages. For a teacher or coach, that could mean welcoming students at an address such as learn.yourbusiness.com.
The aim is a more familiar path from your website to the place where students learn. You would keep Taskpipe's course tools while giving students an address that belongs to your business.
More control over styling
We are planning client CSS styling: a way to adjust the look of your course pages to fit your brand more closely.
This is for businesses that want more control over details such as fonts, colours and spacing. A designer or developer could help you make those changes.
DRM support for course videos
We plan to add DRM support for businesses that want another layer of protection for their video lessons. DRM means digital rights management: technology used to control protected video playback.
Taskpipe already checks who can watch a course video. Our aim is to give your course videos the same level of DRM protection used by services such as Netflix and Apple.
Instagram leads integration
Many teachers and coaches first hear from a future student on Instagram. We are planning an integration to help bring that interest into Taskpipe's lead follow-up process.
The aim is to make it easier to connect an interested person with a course group and keep track of the next step. We will share which Instagram actions it supports when it is ready.
